Overview

Senior IT Data Scientist responsible for developing and deploying data-driven solutions, including predictive machine learning models and agentic AI for clinical submission data and content.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment of data science models end to end.
• Independently identify analytical opportunities and conduct in-depth data exploration.
• Build, test, and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques.
• Develop specialized AI agents to assist analytical data scientists across the clinical data lifecycle.
• Build multi-agent workflows to tackle complex clinical programming challenges.
• Engage with business units to understand and meet their data needs and communicate findings.
• Drive medium-sized projects aligned to business objectives and strategies.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated ability to identify analytical opportunities and own projects from inception to deployment.
• Proven track record of driving medium-sized projects that influence business decisions.
• Expertise in Python for AI/ML backend/agent logic.
• Expertise in R with a focus on clinical statistical programming and next-gen toolkits like Admiral.
• Hands-on capability with LangChain, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Expertise in advanced retrieval-augmented generation methods, including chunking, embeddings, and GraphRAG.
• Strong data visualization and statistical modeling skills.
