Overview
Senior Data Scientist role focused on building analytics products, predictive models, dashboards and AI-enabled decision-support tools for business performance. The role owns analytics workstreams from problem framing and data preparation through deployment and adoption.
What you'll do
- Translate business priorities into analytical requirements and success measures.
- Analyze market, revenue, margin, customer, channel and operational performance.
- Build dashboards, predictive models, automated insights and analytical products.
- Prepare, integrate and validate data using Python, SQL and enterprise data platforms.
- Develop, validate, monitor and productionize statistical and machine-learning models.
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring and resolution of data or technical issues.
- Drive adoption through demonstrations, training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll need
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, commercial analytics or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Working knowledge of machine-learning methods and model evaluation.
- Experience with a business-intelligence or visualization platform such as Power BI or Qlik.
- Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial, sales, marketing, finance, customer, pricing or market-performance analytics.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, ADL or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Exposure to production machine learning, MLOps, generative AI or analytical agents.
- Experience in a global consumer, healthcare, retail, technology or manufacturing organization.

- Location: Bangalore.
- Office-based teams work in person at least 3 days per week.
