What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify potential growth opportunities
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the viability of deal structures
• Engage in customer due diligence and financial statement analysis to support corporate development initiatives
• Monitor and analyze financial trends to provide insights into market dynamics and industry trends
• Collaborate with teams to facilitate post-merger integration and value creation processes
• Utilize Capital IQ and other analytical tools to enhance financial risk analysis and strategic planning
• Support client engagements by providing insights into M&A strategy and corporate development activities
• Apply analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes
• Embrace change and demonstrate learning agility to adapt to evolving business environments

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
