Overview

Designer for Creative Design role at Genpact, responsible for creating and producing visual assets across digital, print, and multimedia while aligning to brand guidelines.

What you'll do

• Develop creative design concepts and visual assets aligned to project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects.
• Design and produce graphics for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and design standards across deliverables.
• Apply current creative design trends, tools, and best practices to improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple design assignments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Provide design support for marketing, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in one of: Communication, Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or Visual Communication.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification related to Adobe.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Customer Experience (CX) knowledge.
• Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, User Experience (UX), and User Interfaces (UI) skills.
• English language requirement; proficiency level listed as C2 (Proficient).
