Lead Digital Visual Designer

Overview

Lead Digital Visual Designer responsible for defining and delivering visual experiences across digital products, applications, and device interfaces.

What you'll do

• Define visual design standards, guidelines, and roadmaps across web, mobile, and printer front-panel platforms.
• Lead creative direction and deliver designs from concept to execution aligned with brand and business goals.
• Collaborate with UX, marketing, program managers, and engineers to deliver product experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across applications and platforms.
• Mentor and lead visual designers through feedback, guidance, and collaborative reviews.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and prototyping while maintaining quality and accessibility.
• Create and maintain documentation and present concepts to stakeholders for refinement.

What you'll need

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts.
• 8–15 years of experience in Graphic/Visual Design or Fine Arts.
• Strong portfolio across web and mobile graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design AI tools.
• Ability to communicate technical visual specs and collaborate across disciplines.
