Senior Brand Designer

Overview

Senior Brand Designer to shape how HackerRank’s brand shows up across campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences. Hybrid role based in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Own creative projects end to end across campaigns, launches, content, events, and digital experiences.
• Turn briefs, strategy, and loose ideas into distinctive creative directions and polished outcomes.
• Design assets for social, presentations, reports, campaigns, events, and web.
• Build and ship web experiences in Framer, including pages, components, and interactive moments.
• Prototype quickly by moving between Figma, Framer, and a code editor.
• Apply AI tools and agents (including Figma and Framer MCPs) to improve quality and pace.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, typography, visual storytelling, and digital craft.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping websites in Framer.
• Technical fluency to care about how the final experience is built.
• Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and agents across research, ideation, prototyping, and production.
