What you'll do

• Design brand identities and visual systems including logos, guidelines, and brand assets.
• Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Developers.
• Present design rationale confidently.
• Maintain attention to detail across every deliverable.
• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to improve team processes.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong interest in branding, communication design, and storytelling.
• Experience working in small, collaborative teams with ownership.
• Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, or Framer AI.

Nice to have

• Experience designing responsive websites and branding.
• Motion design or animation skills.
