Graphic Designer

Overview

What you'll do

• Create visually compelling designs across reports, presentations, ads, and learning materials.
• Translate complex concepts, survey results, and business insights into clear visuals.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, researchers, and global design teams to meet needs and key messages.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Stay ahead of design trends and experiment responsibly with AI-enabled tools to improve ideation and production.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, communication arts, fine arts, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills for client-ready presentations and visual reports.
• Portfolio showing layout design, typography, brand consistency, digital/print design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with infographics, data visualizations, or research/report-based graphics.

Details

• On-site at Gallup’s Mumbai office at least three days per week.
• Eligibility to work in India required (no employment visa sponsorship).
