Designer / Retoucher

Overview

Designer / Retoucher role in Mumbai, focused on creating digital-first designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media, from concept to final deliverables.

What you'll do

• Produce innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce (A+ and Shopalyst) pages, and social media channels.
• Own the full design lifecycle from concept through execution.
• Develop understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategy to deliver high-quality work.
• Pitch creative concepts in response to marketing strategies.
• Oversee preparation of finished files to match correct output specifications.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
• Strong affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
• Track record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
• Excellent Adobe CS skills.
• Retouching experience and mid-level retouching skills.
• On and offline design experience with emphasis on digital.
