Developer Advocate

Overview

Developer Advocate role focused on engaging developers, creating technical community content, and running developer experiences like workshops, webinars, and meetups.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with developers with a focus on learning and listening.
• Create developer content such as blog posts, videos, code examples, workshops, and webinars.
• Identify, plan, and execute developer experiences including hackathons.
• Build and scale events and meetups to support community collaboration.
• Drive developer awareness through social media and blogging activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver developer program content.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Developer Advocate/Developer Relations or related developer success support.
• 6+ years of experience as a Developer or Engineer across relevant disciplines including cloud software development, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience speaking at technology conferences and publishing technical writing (blogging/video/articles).
• Excellent communication skills as both a technical writer and public speaker.
• Proven relationship building in digital environments.
• Travel up to 20% annually.
