Overview

Fullstack Engineer to join Genpact’s support and development team for a custom-built application. The role includes L2/L3 support in India and collaboration with a Kosovo L4 team to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across frontend, backend, and database.
• Develop and maintain UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Build scalable APIs and services with NestJS (TypeScript).
• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and queries.
• Integrate with Python-based AI services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 issues escalated from L1 support.

What you'll need

• Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript and NestJS (TypeScript).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and database schema design.
• Familiarity with Python services integration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure cloud services (Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Registry, DevOps pipelines).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
