DevOps Engineer

Overview

Design and implement new development tools and infrastructure that support software development, with a focus on continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD) workflows that are robust, secure, and scalable.

What you'll do

• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of development and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of systems to support ongoing development activities.

What you'll need

• Must have: ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software delivery workflows.
• 15 years full-time education.
