What you'll do

• Design and implement new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes.
• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats.
• Create seamless integration and delivery pipelines so application deployment is efficient and reliable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance development and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Document processes and workflows to support team knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently.
• 15 years full time education.
