Overview
DevOps Engineer focused on on-prem and hybrid Kubernetes/Platforms to support infrastructure powering a programmatic Demand-Side Platform (DSP) and related RTB services.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters across on-prem (bare metal) and hybrid cloud.
- Optimize Kubernetes networking via CNI plugins such as Cilium or Calico for high-throughput RTB traffic.
- Build and manage GitOps-style CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD or Flux.
- Fine-tune container runtimes and resource quotas for latency-sensitive applications.
- Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger to trace requests across microservices.
- Enforce cluster security using Network Policies, OPA/Gatekeeper, and automated vulnerability scanning.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with heavy focus on containerization.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes components including etcd, API Server, and Scheduler, plus CRD development.
- Strong proficiency in Linux internals (namespaces, cgroups, eBPF) and shell scripting.
- Expert-level Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
- Practical experience with Istio or Linkerd for traffic management and mTLS.
- Proficiency in Go (preferred for Kubernetes operators) or Python.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related technical field.
