Overview
Engineer and optimize Nexthink-based Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions for enterprise endpoints, using automation, integrations, observability, and analytics to improve employee technology experiences.
What you'll do
- Administer and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, including Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain automated remediation and self-healing workflows for endpoint, application, configuration, compliance, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Design integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms using APIs, web services, and automation platforms.
- Build dashboards, investigations, and reports with NQL and platform analytics to identify trends, root causes, and automation opportunities.
- Manage Nexthink Campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to gather feedback and measure sentiment.
- Support platform upgrades, governance, documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years administering, engineering, and supporting Nexthink Infinity.
- At least 3 years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, workplace technology, or endpoint engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Application Experience, Software Metering, and NQL.
- PowerShell experience and skills in analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with automated remediation, APIs, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory or Entra ID.
Nice to have
- Bash or shell scripting experience.
- Nexthink certifications.
- Experience with Nexthink AI Drive and Adopt.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and asset management.
- Familiarity with Splunk or other observability platforms.
- Experience scaling Nexthink in environments supporting more than 10,000 endpoints.

- Fully remote for candidates located anywhere in the United States.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance, with ability to obtain Secret or higher as needed.
- Salary range: $87,100–$157,450 per year.
