Overview
Digital Integration Architect role focused on designing and governing enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services within Hempel’s Integration Layer (HIL).
What you'll do
- Design and own integration architectures for enterprise integrations using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders and Solution Architects.
- Provide day-to-day architectural guidance and technical direction to development teams.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise integration standards, governance guidelines, and architectural principles.
- Architect integrations with Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Data Factory/Data Flows.
- Review designs and code for architectural compliance and technical quality.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions.
- At least 3+ years in an Integration Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Integration Consultant role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Strong expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid/Event Hub, Azure Data Factory/Data Flows, and Azure Storage Services.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), API-led architectures, event-driven architectures, messaging, and distributed systems.
- Experience applying the Azure Well-Architected Framework (Reliability, Security, Performance Efficiency, Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization).
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, reusable, maintainable integration solutions.
