Overview
Digital Product Owner for Chevron ENGINE Wells team, based in Bengaluru, supporting the Wells Digital Platform.
What you'll do
- Support, operate, and maintain digital solutions within the Wells Digital Platform.
- Update the product roadmap and contribute to digital product vision and strategy alignment.
- Plan sprints and elaborate features and user stories into requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and support trade-off decisions to maximize business value.
- Provide day-to-day application operations support via troubleshooting, technical analysis, and root-cause solutions.
- Partner with global customers for break-fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and deployments.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in specified engineering fields with minimum CGPA 7.5.
- Minimum 5 total years’ work experience in Oil and Gas Industry specializing in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers.
- Includes 3 years in related fields such as Applications Support and Business Analysis.
- 1 year of field-related experience in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers.
- Knowledge of Scrum or SAFe and ability to elicit requirements into backlog items.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (or similar).

- Role is based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru; standard hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 1:30 PM–10:30 PM.
