Technical Product Manager, Specialist

Overview

Technical Product Manager, Specialist responsible for leading the strategic vision and roadmap for a technical product, using market research and user feedback to guide the product life cycle.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of a new technical product.
• Manage the full product life cycle from planning to execution aligned to organization strategy.
• Apply technical product management expertise to improve product results.
• Define, analyze, and translate technical market needs into product features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to continually improve user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and support escalations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management or related roles.
• 2 years of experience managing projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Must have Appian platform knowledge (or similar like Camunda).
• Must have backlog management, requirements elicitation/definition, Agile/Scrum product ownership, JIRA/Confluence, and roadmap planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Process mapping, stakeholder management, and user story writing.
• Testing/UAT coordination, market research/user feedback analysis, product documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Preferred certifications: CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
