Overview

Group Manager, Product Management to lead LinkedIn Learning (LinkedIn Learning and Career Hub) product strategy and execution, driving outcomes for customers through agentic investments and customer features.

What you'll do

• Create and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the charter.
• Translate strategy into actionable product milestones with stakeholder/executive alignment.
• Turn market needs from customer and partner interactions into product requirements and roadmap.
• Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide and measure success.
• Work cross-functionally to build, release, promote, and grow features from launch to maturity.
• Lead development of cutting-edge technologies and market differentiating customer features.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role.
• BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics.
• 2+ years of experience as a people manager.

• Work location is hybrid (home and a LinkedIn office on select days, based on team needs).
