Business Analyst/AI Translator, Credit Risk

Overview

Business Analyst/AI Translator for Credit Risk, working with Deutsche Bank’s Risk Innovation & Change team in the CRO function to help embed AI into end-to-end credit workflows.

What you'll do

• Engage with SMEs to elicit business requirements and translate them into AI prompts and instructions.
• Operate and refine AI pipelines, iterating outputs based on feedback.
• Own delivery of agreed project outputs within time, quality, and scope.
• Monitor AI performance and output quality, and design AI-embedded processes.
• Document AI-driven workflows and control checks for Model Risk Management requirements.
• Design and implement/support testing strategies for AI solutions using MoRM principles.

What you'll need

• University degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering (or comparable).
• 6-8 years of combined professional experience in the financial industry.
• Strong credit risk subject matter expertise across end-to-end credit lifecycle and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience implementing AI/technology-driven change as a business analyst or similar role.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop/refine prompts for AI/generative AI systems.
• Experience in business adoption and navigating regulatory approval processes for new technologies/systems.
