Digital Strategist

Overview

Digital Strategist role providing consulting and advisory for Fortune 500 clients on using Adobe Experience Cloud within full-funnel digital strategy. Own delivery outcomes and guide strategy layer work rather than pure implementation.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on the right Adobe Experience Cloud solution mix (Analytics, Target, Campaign, AEP, CJA, AJO, AEM) aligned to business objectives.
• Own delivery outcomes on Adobe tools by configuring, designing, and leading the strategy layer.
• Contextualize Adobe data and outputs into broader paid, owned, and earned full-funnel digital strategy.
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering conversations with client stakeholders.
• Translate business problems into recommendation-led digital strategy and Adobe DX roadmaps.
• Accountably drive client outcomes from requirements through recommendation to delivery.

What you'll need

• Min 8+ years total work experience, with at least 50% in digital strategy, digital marketing management, or Adobe DX advisory.
• Recent relevant experience from the last 3 years is weighted heavily.
• Hands-on ownership of at least one Adobe Experience Cloud tool with named outcomes.
• Proven ability to advise clients, gather requirements, recommend solutions, and own delivery outcomes (not just implement/report).
• Working command across multiple digital disciplines including SEO, SEM, paid social, email/lifecycle, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Demonstrated application of AI-enabled tools or methodologies beyond personal productivity use.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
