Overview
Digitalization Specialist (Agentic AI) within Shell’s TRDI, part of the Excellence Team, working with TAS Digitalization Leads to execute TAS Digital Strategy.
What you'll do
- Support TAS Digital Strategy through automation, scalable integrations, and reusable components.
- Evaluate data using Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence techniques to enable cross-business insights.
- Build integrated and automated technical reporting to simplify and improve the reporting landscape.
- Build and orchestrate AI agents for TAS tasks and design agentic AI workflows for data ingestion, diagnostics, and reporting use cases.
- Integrate agentic solutions with enterprise data platforms to enable autonomous MI and DIY analytics within TRDI.
- Develop LLM/RAG capabilities, including prompt templates, dataset-linked responses, output validation, and guardrails.
What you'll need
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field, or any engineering degree with a post graduate degree or diploma in data sciences.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production grade agentic AI solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure data platforms (ADF, Databricks/Spark), data lakes, data modelling, and monitored pipelines.
- Proven experience with task-oriented GenAI agents and RAG patterns (embeddings/vector search, prompt and version management, output evaluation).
- Strong Python (preferred) and/or Scala, SQL, API/service development, automation, and software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of asset/plant management and standards is an added advantage.
