Director – AI Architect, Data and Analytics, Advisory focused on leveraging data and advanced analytics to deliver strategic insights and improve client decision-making.

What you'll do

• Design ML pipelines for experiment management, model management, feature management, and model retraining.
• Design APIs for model inferencing at scale.
• Support LLM serving and distributed training/serving for large language models.
• Implement model fine-tuning and optimization to improve latency and accuracy.
• Apply DevOps and LLMOps practices using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Use tools and frameworks including MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI, DeepSpeed, and vLLM.

What you'll need

• 8-16 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Azure AI.
• Deep knowledge of GPU architectures and distributed training/serving for large language models.
• Experience with model and data parallel training using DeepSpeed and vLLM.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for DevOps/LLMOps.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Javascript.
• Education: B.Tech/MCA/BCA/M.tech; degrees/field include Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Technology.
