Director, HXM Technology & Enterprise HR Platforms

Overview

Director responsible for end-to-end leadership of global HR technology platforms (HXM), including governance, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own and lead core HXM systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, plus SmartRecruiters, 360Learning, and related integrations.
• Develop and execute a multi-year HXM technology transformation roadmap focused on automation and scalability.
• Manage vendor and contract activities, including RFP processes and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Oversee governance, security, RBAC, data protection standards, and operational compliance for HR platforms.
• Lead full-lifecycle global implementations, upgrades, third-party integrations, and module rollouts.
• Define and enforce operational KPIs and SLAs, including responsive tier-3 support.
• Lead and mentor a team of 35+ HXM technology professionals and coordinate with HRIS/HR Operations and business stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience overseeing enterprise HR systems.
• Hands-on experience running at least two full-lifecycle global implementations in core SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
• Expert mastery across SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll module suites.
• Relevant certifications to manage the HXM technology footprint.
• Deep knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), system audit readiness, and HR technology governance.
• Track record in RFP management, SOW drafting/negotiations, vendor performance oversight, and annual budget management.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of 35+ internal and external resources.
