What you'll do

• Shape priorities and direction for the investor relations program with the Head of Investor Relations.
• Build relationships with senior members of the investment community as a primary point of contact.
• Draft and refine investor-facing messaging on financial performance, strategy, and key initiatives.
• Represent Anthropic in investor meetings and answer questions about its business and product suite.
• Advise leadership on investor sentiment, market expectations, and likely reception of key decisions.
• Develop internal briefings by tracking developments across AI and broader technology landscapes.
• Prepare the executive team for investor conversations with anticipated questions and supporting data.

What you'll need

• Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, investing, or a comparable capital markets role.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic information into written work for sophisticated audiences.
• Judgment for handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
• Excellent written communication for readers with limited time and deep technical questions.
• Direct experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, or an executive team.
• Ability to build and maintain financial models and translate financial statements and operating metrics.

Details

• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Annual compensation range: $425,000–$600,000 USD.
