Director of Supply Chain - Singapore

Overview

Director-level role responsible for building and operating OPSWAT’s supply chain capability for hardware across APAC and globally. The role covers supply chain strategy, quality control, warehouse execution, logistics, compliance, vendors, and team development.

What you'll do

• Architect scalable supply chain processes, systems, and vendor networks.
• Lead QA/QC for hardware assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP accuracy, and fulfillment.
• Manage suppliers, carriers, logistics partners, shipping, and customs.
• Ensure export regulations, trade compliance, and hardware controls are met.
• Define operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a Singapore-based supply chain and warehouse team.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of supply chain operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience with global logistics, procurement, and fulfillment operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, demand planning, and inventory control.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware QA/QC, including assembly, imaging, testing, and packaging.
• Knowledge of APAC export regulations and international trade compliance.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in hardware or technology supply chain operations.
• Additional language skills.
