Fulfillment Operations Associate

Overview

Own fulfillment operations for an expert network within the Experts Growth team, moving experts through matching, activation, onboarding, project delivery, and offboarding.

What you'll do

• Match experts to projects based on skills, availability, and requirements.
• Activate experts through kickoffs, guidelines, first tasks, and ramp-up.
• Improve expert satisfaction, NPS, and retention through policies and SOPs.
• Run onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, verification, access, and system setup.
• Manage vendors and platforms supporting fulfillment workflows.
• Automate matching, access, contracting, verification, and status-tracking workflows.

What you'll need

• Experience running fulfillment, delivery operations, or contractor/expert onboarding at scale.
• A record of moving people through an operational pipeline with measurable volume, speed, and cost.
• Experience owning and improving NPS, CSAT, or retention for a people network.
• Strong operational rigor across documentation, trackers, SOPs, and handoffs.
• Ability to build, debug, ship, and drive cross-team follow-ups independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in delivery, program, or fulfillment operations at a talent marketplace, staffing, expert-network, or data-labeling company.
• Experience owning expert, contractor, or customer success functions at scale.
• Operations, Chief of Staff, or business-operations experience at a fast-scaling startup.
• Experience with marketplaces, matching systems, or multi-step onboarding flows.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve operational productivity.

Details

• Remote role for candidates in LATAM.
• Base salary: $35,000–$55,000 USD per year.
• Additional compensation: 25% performance-based bonus and equity.
