Director Product Management

Overview

Lead the Availability and Guest Fulfillment Optimization Engine product portfolios, driving digital purchasability, fulfillment optimization, profitability, and delivery-date accuracy. Set product strategy and business outcomes while leading product managers and partnering with enterprise, data science, analytics, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Set product vision, goals, quarterly OKRs, budgets, and financial plans.
• Lead product managers across the Availability and GFOE portfolios.
• Develop product plans for digital purchasability, ship expense reduction, and delivery accuracy.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to prioritize work and remove execution barriers.
• Build, coach, and mentor product owners and improve team performance.
• Lead product discovery and validate customer hypotheses before engineering investment.
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and assess product and P&L impact.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of retail or equivalent fulfillment domain experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in retail or an equivalent domain.
• Experience developing and scaling data-driven, algorithmic, or optimization products with Data Science teams.
• Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams across geographies.
• Expertise in agile practices, including user stories, scrum teams, sprints, and iterative development.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in technology, engineering, business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
