Overview

Director, Professional Services at Ivalua (Pune) overseeing successful delivery and implementation of solutions across a portfolio of projects.

What you'll do

• Ensure project execution with timeliness, budget control, scope management, and quality.
• Define and enforce operational processes to improve project efficiency.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer executives and manage partner-led projects.
• Manage risks, escalations, and remediation plans.
• Secure ARR on services and manage Professional Services KPIs (e.g., project profitability, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value).
• Recruit, manage, and mentor the Professional Services team.
• Contribute to Professional Services strategy and support innovation initiatives for future implementations.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in software development, project management, or professional services.
• Strong procurement experience and understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proven people management and leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• BA degree in Procurement, Computer science, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in office per week.
• Travel: expected.
