DNU Architect - Enterprise Application - SAP N 4D

Overview

Genpact is hiring an Architect for Enterprise Application (SAP) to support the SAP QFS (Quality Food & Safety) resource across QFS analyst, functional analyst and DevOps support roles for the Atlas ECC in-scope application.

What you'll do

• Confirm new QFS business project changes are aligned with the template model, and take part in design and architectural discussions for QFS developments.
• Identify required changes between QFS business project changes and the template model, and inform the concerned stakeholders.
• Support the development team in functional and technical design related to QFS and/or SCO/I developments.
• Support project teams in reviewing and approving Rev Tracs for testing and deploying related developments.
• Act as subject matter expert providing functional and technical expertise and ad hoc support for CIP projects within the MPS tower.
• Support delivery of CIPs handled by the Core Services team.
• Review functional and technical design documents for Quality for Inbound and Quality for Outbound (Raws, Pack, and Finished Goods) developments prepared by internal teams and/or vendors, and provide feedback.
• Support development requests and bug fixes in Atlas and coordinate with the necessary teams on testing and deployments.
• Seek automation solutions and new approaches to work for the QFS area.
• Coordinate with the Product Owner and/or Functional Experts on continuous improvement and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Be accountable for process and technical knowledge gathering, update and validation of the in-scope application and services under QFS, including knowledge from external teams and third-party vendors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Cloud DevOps, Customer Quality, Data Quality, DevOps, DevOps Process Flow, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Assurance (QA) Standards, Quality Assurance Compliance, Quality Care, Quality Compliance, Quality of Service (QoS), SAP DevOps.
• English language proficiency at C2 level (required).
