Overview

Lead UI/UX design for ServiceNow applications and portals as a Lead Consultant on Genpact's Enterprise Application team.

What you'll do

• Lead UI/UX design for ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct usability testing and drive user-centric design improvements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, BAs and Developers.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder and Workspaces.
• Strong knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD and design systems.
• ServiceNow implementation experience (mandatory).
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering.
• Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation (Axelos), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow).
• Required skills: ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Incident Management, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Sales and Order Management.
• Language: English, Advanced (C1).

Nice to have

• Manufacturing/industrial domain experience.
