Overview
Duty Engineer responsible for engineering and operational procedures to support preventive maintenance, facility system upkeep, vendor coordination, incident/permit and records management, and reporting for a facility.
What you'll do
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed with required standards.
- Manage electrical, HVAC, PAC, water/plumbing/sanitary, elevators/lifts, and cafeteria equipment systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEM/Accenture to follow maintenance schedules and shut downs.
- Conduct daily inspections of log books, history cards, checklists, escalation charts, and PPM schedules.
- Ensure PM work orders are closed in the 360 facility tool and escalate deviations.
- Prepare and maintain engineering records and send required periodic updates to the chief engineer.
What you'll need
- Experience in carrying out engineering & operational procedures for facility systems (explicit requirement not stated).
- Ability to coordinate with AEM for collating R&M requirements quarterly (explicit task).
- Knowledge of PO follow-up through work completion until invoice submission (explicit task).
- Understanding of SLA and KPI maintenance for engineering systems (explicit task).
- Familiarity with tools including e-fit facility tool, 360 facility tool, and work permit tool (explicit tools mentioned).
- Experience supporting audits and handling health & safety during emergency evacuation (explicit tasks).
