About the Job
We are hiring a Full-time E-commerce Executive for an OnSite role. In this position, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels—helping ensure products are correctly listed, promotions run smoothly, and customer interactions are handled professionally. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain a strong customer experience, contribute to product discoverability, and support ongoing efforts to improve conversion and order fulfillment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely processing and fulfillment.
- Assist with campaign execution, including uploading promotional offers, tracking performance, and flagging opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups with clear, respectful communication—ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Track inventory availability and help prevent overselling by maintaining consistency between records and platform listings.
- Support basic reporting on sales, orders, and campaign outcomes to help inform next steps.
- Maintain a consistent and organized workflow using internal tools and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent good English communication skills for writing and speaking with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as e-commerce dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic reporting formats.
- Ability to learn product and platform workflows quickly and follow established processes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure listings and promotions are accurate and consistent.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work OnSite and collaborate with the team on daily operations.
