Edison Engineering Development Program

Overview

A rotational Engineering Leadership program for entry-level, high-potential talent, combining intensive technical training with business-critical assignments across GE HealthCare.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the activities of teams across rotational assignments, paired with formal classroom studies.
• Partner with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicate project approach and present outcomes.
• Use a basic understanding of key business drivers to accomplish your own work.
• Understand how the work of your own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen and technical skills.
• Work within a team setting and/or under guidance from an Assignment Manager.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• For customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE HealthCare.
• Explain technical information to others.

What you'll need

• Basic experience in Asset Management & Executive Support.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
