Job description
Overview
Autosar Engineer to develop and validate ECU communication extracts and implement new communication requirements using AUTOSAR tools and stacks.
What you'll do
- Implement new communication requirements from ECU/feature owners using a Daimler proprietary tool.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and understand their requirements.
- Analyze communication needs and latest AUTOSAR requirements to propose solutions.
- Create AUTOSAR ECU extract and validate it.
- Review stakeholder feedback and take corrective actions.
- Develop scripts using Python or other scripting languages as needed.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience with XDIS or Vector Prevision (or similar) tool for ECU extract development.
- Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Communication stack and handling ECU extracts/DBC.
- Hands-on experience in EE architecture and in-vehicle networking.
- Experience with AUTOSAR SW development and BSW integration/development.
- Knowledge of CAN, J1939, LIN, and Ethernet protocols.
- Working understanding of SecOC and E2E concepts.
