Embroidery Digitizer

Overview

Support US vendors by digitizing embroidery files, answering embroidery-related questions, and helping resolve order issues.

What you'll do

• Digitize embroidery files and provide timely .DST files for embroidery orders.
• Answer embroidery-related and logistical questions from internal teams.
• Provide real-time feedback to other teams.
• Improve documentation by creating articles and Excel sheets.
• Organize custom embroidery data for internal teams.
• Take ownership of projects that improve operations.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience in the computerized embroidery industry.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with embroidery digitizing software.
• Experience with software such as Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, or Embrilliance.
• Comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong email writing skills.
• English fluency.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Details

• Remote work from Pakistan, India, or the Philippines.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST or 7:00 PM–4:00 AM Pakistan Time.
• Must be open to flexible working times.
• Monthly pay: $400 base salary plus $80 night shift allowance.
