Renewal Coordinator - Remote, India

Overview

Renewal Coordinator (Remote, India) to coordinate renewals and upsells, manage renewal timelines and documentation, and support forecasting and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Own the renewal calendar and drive renewal timelines for internal planning.
• Build renewal planning kits per account using contract, usage, and known-change details.
• Schedule and lead internal planning sessions and roll up into the customer base forecast.
• Prepare renewal kickoff presentations and renewal/upsell order forms with partners.
• Maintain a weekly renewals and upsell forecast using Salesforce inputs.
• Keep Salesforce renewal dates, contract terms, contacts, and outcomes accurate and updated.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as inside sales, customer support, or account coordination.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and standard commercial terms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many concurrent renewals.
• Comfort working with cross-functional partners and meeting contract-driven deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
