Trainee Sales Engineer

Overview

As a Trainee Sales Engineer, you will drive exclusive sales of manual welding systems while supporting the sales team with customer follow-ups and sales support activities.

What you'll do

• Handle exclusive sales of manual welding systems across the product range.
• Support the sales team with sales-support tasks such as customer follow-ups.
• Shadow service engineers to learn welding basics and maintenance practices.
• Educate customers on product advantages.
• Conduct training sessions for practical users.

What you'll need

• Be either a fresher with a B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, or Production, or a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical.
• Or have up to 1 year of welding-related work experience.
• Have good communication skills.
• Demonstrate planning & organizing and a result-oriented approach.
• Work as a team player with ownership mindset.
• Have basic computer skills (email and MS Office).
