Associate to U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager

Overview

Associate to the U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager (Project Manager) supports U.S.-based SEMs on multiple client projects across therapy areas.

What you'll do

• Set up project files and folders.
• Prepare draft materials for project kickoff meetings.
• Create draft interview and observation guide questions based on client materials.
• Draft internal team briefings with client background and disease state information.
• Draft client communications with weekly project updates.
• Complete other assigned tasks for the Vice President or SEMs.

What you'll need

• Permanent, full-time role located in Gurugram, India.
• Bachelor's degree required (ideally in a relevant area such as Business or Life Sciences).
• 1+ year of experience supporting business leaders or project managers.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective communication and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.

Details

• Working hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Supports multiple SEMs and multiple projects at once.
