Endpoint Solution Architect

Overview

Endpoint Solution Architect (EUC) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-user computing solutions for a high-volume BPO environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement an EUC strategy aligned with business needs.
• Design solutions for desktop virtualization, endpoint management, MDM, and remote access.
• Define and optimize enterprise desktop and application delivery, including Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AWS WorkSpaces.
• Oversee device lifecycle management (provisioning, security, compliance, automation).
• Implement IAM, SSO, and MFA for end-user environments.
• Ensure EUC security and compliance, including zero-trust, EDR, and DLP.
• Act as an escalation point and manage troubleshooting, documentation, and PoCs.

What you'll need

• 15 years of overall experience.
• 3 to 4 years of EUC architecture experience.
• Expertise with Workspace One/Entra ID/Intune/Tanium and Windows 11 (OS SME).
• Knowledge of end-user hardware products: Dell/HP/Lenovo.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune) and Group Policy (GPO) for automated deployment.
• Expert in ITIL, incident and change management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
