Engineer

Overview

Engineer role focused on monitoring and improving the quality of call, work order, and email services, including audits, feedback, reporting, and training enablement.

What you'll do

• Monitor calls/work orders/emails (remote and live) and provide constructive feedback to engineers and teams.
• Develop quality check templates, conduct audits, and ensure QA targets are met consistently.
• Run monthly feedback sessions and prepare individual development plans based on performance.
• Oversee standardization/corrections with process owners and within the team.
• Support operations to improve process knowledge, customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports on monitored activity, training, and training needs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in energy monitoring systems.
• Ability to resolve issues in a remote energy monitoring context.
• Experience handling 2 to 3 multi-site/large-site projects for Energy Management System (preferred).
• Knowledge of QC/A and operations management.
• Working knowledge of energy management, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Strong skills in coaching, feedback, and communication; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Building Automation systems (BMS).
• Desirable BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Control Engineering with good communication and presentation skills.
