Technical Facility Executive

Overview

Technical Facility Executive manages the facility’s technical operations to deliver seamless M&E services on-site.

What you'll do

• Run preventive maintenance programs with energy conservation practices.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope, quality, and deliverables on time.
• Support facility contract and procurement management for technical services.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage building incident reporting and closure per company guidelines.
• Plan and manage budgets for engineering and operational contracts.
• Monitor M&E vendors for services and statutory compliance.

What you'll need

• BEE/B Tech minimum qualification.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in facility management for corporate clients.
• Thorough knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to handle the site alone in absence of the technical manager.
• Proven ability to handle electrical & mechanical functions effectively.
• Review trend analysis to identify areas for service improvement.
• Age limit below 35 years.
