Overview

Lead the design, strategy, and implementation of Comcast Business’s enterprise ServiceNow platform, overseeing development standards, mentoring, and integration across systems.

What you'll do

• Oversee the direction of ServiceNow platform development and enterprise standards.
• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions using ITSM and TSOM.
• Lead data migration for ITSM/CMDB/TSOM data into ServiceNow.
• Build and integrate ServiceNow with telecom order management systems and other enterprise systems.
• Develop server-side logic, workflows, and automation for Day 2 assurance and operational stability.
• Mentor development teams and support governance/architectural reviews.
• Drive production support, observability, and DevSecOps adoption across release processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area.
• 7+ years of experience in IT service management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer and Script Includes.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, TSOM, and CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
• Preferred: 2+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with functional and technical skills in enterprise OSS/BSS.
• Preferred: ServiceNow AI experience including AI-powered code generation and software development lifecycle support.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree is a plus.

Details

• Primarily located on the east coast (greater Philadelphia and DC area).
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, with variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
