Software Engineer

Overview

ServiceNow Developer within the Information Technology team, responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and automating workflows and AI-assisted capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow custom applications and Service Catalog items.
• Build agentic workflows and implement Now Assist AI skills to enable automation.
• Create platform integrations by developing APIs and integration spokes connecting ServiceNow to enterprise systems.
• Conduct impact analyses for platform enhancements.
• Perform regular ServiceNow system version upgrades to support vendor compliance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to translate requirements into platform solutions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Exposure to ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, web services, and enterprise integration techniques.
• Proven problem-solving ability and capability to perform impact analysis.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and working in Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related technical field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
