ServiceNow IRM Developer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise IRM solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions across Policy and Compliance, Risk, and Audit management.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead estimation, technical design, development planning, and implementation activities across the SDLC.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow features including workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations.
• Build and maintain workflows supporting governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, governance, and performance optimization.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks for ServiceNow IRM applications.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.
• 4+ years of specialized experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience developing Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management capabilities in ServiceNow IRM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/software engineering/information systems or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
