Lead ServiceNow Developer

Overview

Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, architect, and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HR, Legal, Facilities, Procurement, and custom applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, Legal Service, Facilities Service, Procurement Service, SPM, CMDB, and the ESC Portal.
• Architect end-to-end custom applications, automated workflows, and Catalog Items using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal widgets.
• Implement technical changes from ServiceNow family release upgrades and ensure regression/progression testing via ATF.
• Author and maintain server-side and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build and optimize integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to mid-level ServiceNow developers.
• Troubleshoot, tune performance, optimize database queries, and handle L3 support activities including critical bug triage.

What you'll need

• 6-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise or managed service environment.
• Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), JSON, and XML.
• Deep experience with CMDB configuration, Data Models, and CSDM principles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and managed services SLA models.
• Preferred ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Preferred ServiceNow CAD certification.
