Overview

CMDB/CSDM - ServiceNow Developer for the Information Workplace Services (IWS) team, based in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM initiatives.
• Manage the lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design, configure, and customize CMDB solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Enable data flow between CMDB, Discovery, and external systems through integrations.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, HRSD, and GRC/IRM.
• Build catalog items and workflows using Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Perform code reviews and provide guidance on standards and best practices.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Java scripting experience, along with integrations and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
• Experience with system integrations, including APIs, data imports, and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and modern IT operating models.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with understanding of ITIL best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Exposure to HRSD, GRC/IRM, and Employee Center.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, or CAD.
