Overview

Engineer - Controls Engineering within Systems Engineering, focused on design, integration, validation, and configuration control of product/system requirements and interfaces.

What you'll do

• Conduct component and product integration to maximize performance and operability.
• Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down.
• Drive validation and verification, including system-level testing.
• Define product requirements for module/component and for subcontractors/partners teams.
• Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations.
• Drive CTQ/risk trades and manage overall product configuration and configuration control.

What you'll need

• Basic experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering (roles outside the USA).
• Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in power electronics and drives and controls (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Good understanding of C, C++, Matlab, Simulink, and other engineering tools and systems.
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on in test labs and customer sites.
