Overview

Engineer I (C++ developer) for an Agile game development team, focused on building and improving game features using C++ and OOAD.

What you'll do

• Build, develop, and improve game features using Advanced C++ (11/14) and OOAD principles.
• Learn game architecture, codebases, and development workflows.
• Analyze requirements and complete assigned tasks with quality and efficiency.
• Identify and fix software problems to deliver high-performance game features.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and engineering guidelines.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Familiarity with C++ (11/14) and data structures.
• Basic understanding of software build principles and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with development environments on Windows and Linux.
• Exposure to version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Awareness of generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) and how to apply them.
