Engineer II - DevOps

Overview

Accelya is seeking a DevOps Engineer II to improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational efficiency through CI/CD, automation, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI-driven solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployments using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Implement monitoring and alerting automation using Sumologic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Utilize AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar solutions.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Strong experience with Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoC.
• Strong experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Good understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Exposure to GitOps, Platform Engineering, and AI/Agentic AI frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service automation solutions.
• Exposure to GitOps, Platform Engineering, and AI/Agentic AI frameworks.
• Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
